Return & Exchange Policy

• We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date.

• Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in resellable condition. Boots and heated gear must be returned in their original packaging and shipped inside a separate outer box. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the product box.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a $10 non-refundable cleaning or restocking fee—or may be returned to the sender without a refund.

• Returns for a refund will incur a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. For example, if your item costs $190, you’ll be refunded $180. Shipping fees from your original order are not eligible for a refund. Order protection fees are also non-refundable.
